Who we are
Railman operates this site and hosted developer tooling, including pdf.railman.io. Write to developers@railman.io if you want a copy, a correction, or a deletion of personal data we hold.
This website
railman.io is a static press site. We do not run an account system here. Cloudflare, our host, receives the usual request logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps. We use those logs to keep the site up and to investigate abuse. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing cookie banner on this site.
PDF press
If you sign in to the PDF press we process:
- email address, for magic-link sign-in from auth@railman.io
- API keys you create, hashed or stored so we can authenticate them
- templates, schemas, and job metadata you submit
- usage, quotas, and error logs needed to run the press
Generated PDFs and their input snapshots expire after about 24 hours and are not served after that. Job history is kept about 30 days so you can still see what ran. Staff on the ops console can see operational logs when investigating failures or abuse. Cache keys are content-addressed; identical public jobs may share a stored PDF.
Other lines
The domains CLI runs on your machine and talks to registrars and DNS providers under their terms. Zero Access is designed so the host cannot read vault contents; its docs are the source of truth for that product. We do not use this page to describe data those products never send us.
Processors
We host on Cloudflare (Workers, DNS, email sending and routing, object storage, and databases as used by each service). We do not hand your data to advertising networks. Magic-link mail is sent from our railman.io zone, not a third-party ESP.
Sharing
We share personal data when you ask us to (for example a public template), when a processor needs it to run the service, or when the law requires it. We do not sell it.
Retention
Website logs follow Cloudflare’s defaults unless we shorten them. PDF artifacts: about 24 hours. PDF job metadata: about 30 days. Account email remains while the account is open. You can ask us to close an account and delete what we no longer need to keep for security or law.
Your choices
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to some processing. Email developers@railman.io. If we refuse, we will say why.
Children
Hosted services that collect email are not for children under 16, or under the digital-consent age where you live if that is higher.
